| Red Stockings has developed a new sourcebook: Women's Liberation and National Health Care: Confronting the Myth of America Women's Liberation and National Health Care: Confronting the Myth of America makes a feminist case for national health insurance, proposing a tactical shift for American feminism. Winning national health insurance, the book argues, is a first step in a larger strategy for advancing economic independence for women and equality between the sexes. |

| EINO educates the public, encouraging state movement towards an equitable health care system guaranteeing universal access to care, to be accomplished by support of grassroots organizing and empowerment of those communities most at-risk in the current health care system.
